The music program at BPHSF is integral to the success of the BPHSF model. As many of the students who enter BPHSF come from low performing schools which lack music education, the music education they receive while at BPHSF may be the first source of music enrichment they encounter in their lives.
It is here that students who would not have been introduced to music instruction in their old schools are given the proper attention they need to learn, appreciate, understand, and make music.
